LeasePak Users to Come Together to Collaborate, Share Best Practices and Preview New Product Offerings

("NetSol") (NASDAQ: NTWK), a multinational provider of enterprise software and IT services to the financial services industry, announced that NetSol-McCue, the Company's North American division, will host its annual LeasePak Customer Conference to be held from June 13 through June 15, 2007 in Burlingame, California. This year's user conference will provide existing, new and potential NetSol-McCue customers the opportunity to preview significant advances made to the LeasePak software suite, preview a new line of IT services focused on the specific needs of lessors and to review the results of a survey of new technologies that support paperless operations for the equipment finance industry.

The annual event draws customers from multinational banks, manufacturers, and independent leasing organizations. Attending this year will be representatives from leading equipment finance companies such as Key Bank Equipment Finance, Volkswagen Credit Inc., LaSalle National Bank, Cisco Inc., National City Bank, and other Fortune 1000 companies.

This marks the first LeasePak User Conference since the formation of NetSol-McCue. The event will showcase products developed through collaboration between the North American division's development team and the assistance of NetSol's offshore development team based in Lahore, Pakistan. NetSol's U.S. division has associated the NetSol Technologies brand with the latest tools to support paperless processes endorsed in a recent study from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation, an industry-leading research group. The LeasePak Customer Conference will feature demonstrations of such technologies, including state-of-the-art e-billing tools from NetSol partner company Avolent Inc.
