NOTE 6 – MAJOR CUSTOMERS
Revenue Concentration
For the three months ended March 31, 2026, one customer accounted for 40.3% of net revenues. For the nine months ended March 31, 2026, two customers accounted for 28.5% and 14.6% of net revenues.
For the three months ended March 31, 2025, three customers accounted for 18.9%, 18.1% and 16.5% of net revenues. For the nine months ended March 31, 2025, two customers accounted for 19.2% and 18.7% of net revenues.
Accounts Receivable Concentration
As of March 31, 2026, one customer accounted for 49.8% of accounts receivable. As of June 30, 2025, three customers accounted for 16.8%, 16.1%, and 10.8% of accounts receivable.
Revenues in Excess of Billings Concentration
As of March 31, 2026, four customers accounted for 20.1%, 17.7%, 11.5%, and 10.9% of revenues in excess of billings. As of June 30, 2025, four customers accounted for 24.2%, 16.9%, 15.9%, and 11.9% of revenues in excess of billings.
