NOTE
1 – ORGANIZATION
AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
NetSol
Technologies, Inc. and subsidiaries(collectively, the
“Company”), formerly known as NetSol
International, Inc. and Mirage Holdings, Inc., was
incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on
March 18, 1997. During November 1998, Mirage Collections,
Inc., a wholly owned and non-operating subsidiary, was
dissolved.
The
Company designs, develops, markets, and exports
proprietary software products to customers in the
automobile finance and leasing, banking, healthcare, and
financial services industries worldwide. The Company also
provides system integration, consulting, IT products and
services in exchange for fees from customers.
