NOTE
6 – MAJOR
CUSTOMERS
During
fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, there was no single
customer who represented 10% or more of the
Company’s total revenue.
The
Company is a strategic business partner for Daimler
Financial Services (which consists of a group of many
companies in different countries), which accounts for
approximately 19.72% and 20.58% of revenue, Toyota Motors
(which consists of a group of many companies in different
countries) accounts for approximately 2.62% and 5.40% of
revenue, and Nissan (which consists of a group of many
companies in different countries) accounts for
approximately 7.31% and 4.10% of revenue for the fiscal
year ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Accounts
receivable at June 30, 2012 for these companies were
$4,016,335, $257,867 and $918,333, respectively. Accounts
receivable at June 30, 2011 for these companies were
$1,526,762, $1,080,318 and $820,206.
